KUNDALINI REIKI
According to Hindu tradition kundalini is a black serpent residing in the root chakra and has to be awakened gently for full power to emerge. The benefits of kundalini awakening are siddhis or supernatural abilities like clairvoyant, clairaudience, magnetism and power of speech.
Here I am going to show you what has been taught to me by Tibetan tradition called pho wa to awaken
kundalini gently. This is the tradition as taught by the guhyasamaja tantra. If your chakras or the energies of your body are not clean eg if you have been indulging in negative emotions of depression, hatred, lust then this awakening serves to cleanse your nadis or your nerves. Pho wa can be done many times. In ancient traditional tibetan pho wa was actually only taught to the very old or the very sick ie those who are going to die soon because it bestows so much power on the practitioner.
BENEFITS
Siddhis like supernatural powers of sight - see all, powers of speech (ie people get mesmerised by your voice), sexual magnetism (attract opposite sex), clairaudience etc.
The Force which is of Kundalini starts with the sexual energy in the sacrum. Thus it helps if you do not unncecessarily waste this power.
Raising Kundalini also has the force to crack bones. Because of this the skull sutures atop the cranium of advanced and trained practitioners often loosen in the course of their training. This can literally burn a hole through the skull plates, expanding your cranial capacity and open access to higher powers. Thus Raising Kundalini has the ability to allow you to regain the stupendous learning and recuperative powers of a child. The only humans with loosen skull sutures are advanced practitioners and infants.
SIDE EFFECTS
More obvious the first time when you raise kundalini from the root and store her in your dan dian and then raise it to the crown you are "washing" all your chakras in your central nervous system. If your life has been not so pure you may experience:
nausea
disorientation
depression
headaches
this should last no more than 3 -4 days.
PHYSICAL SIGNS
You will feel some fluid like matter which is sticky, yellowish and smelly (my experience) on the top of your crown, and a tiny pin prick hole has developed and if you put a very thin stalk of grass it can actually penetrate this hole.
MAIN AIM
The main aim of rising kundalini according to tibetan tradition is to open a new aperture so that when you die your soul will shoot out of your body through this hole like a bird flying out of a skylight. Tibetan tradition believes that if your soul leaves through other apertures eg mouth, eyes, nostril (in a human there are 9 apertures) you will not go to pure buddha land and you would be reborn as animal, ghost, or human. If eg. in this life your main pleasure has been eating your soul will most likely leave through your mouth, if your main pleasure has been visual - you enjoy seeing things your soul will most likely leave through one of your eye apertures etc. Raising kundalini will determine your soul leaves through the correct exit and will facilitate easy passage to the realms of buddha pure land.
